Another sketch I did during my last Picarto art stream link With Halloween approaching there was a request for Reaperbloom from my Equestria dreamscape. So I decided to do sketch of Applebloom chilling out as she floats in the Dream Realm with her signature scythe.

The reason for doing this sketch was to show folks in a little detail how I go through the process laying out a figure, especially the under drawing. Although upon closer examination I made her lower front left leg a bit too long, but that is why it is good to practice and do development sketches before embarking on a finished piece. Errors made here are much easier to correct than trying adjust for them on the final working surface.
