This is Celeris X, a horse warrior with machine parts. He is more like a Super-anthro (like super-human :P) who have some kind of celestial power, channeling the energy to fight against the darkness. =3
Well, leaving aside a little cliche of its history :P, this is my entry for the Anhes Horse contest. ^o^
I have not seen as many entries as expected in this competition u.u, so I decided to participate again. As I would not get to finish it, I decided to color the sketch (at least I enjoyed as a sketching practice ^o^). Hope you like it.
PS: Yes, I like Megaman style. :P

On one hand, given the simplicity of the light shapes, I don't think it would be a problem. If Anhes felt willing and inspired, he could blur them during abrupt movements, like leaving light trails. Although he said in the rules that he didn't want glowing bits, the shoulder lights are completely separate from his body and can easy be animated in a separate layer, so he might make an exception. I didn't wanna risk if, it's why the tattoos on my entry don't glow like I originally wanted them to. ><
