Holy shit. Every time I think a band can’t get any better, they prove me wrong.
First off let me say San Francisco is hell. Literal hell. I hate the traffic and I hate the noise.. No thank.
Im typing this at 1:20 AM having just gotten home and im half asleep. So forgive me if none of this makes sense or w/e.
This is my second time seeing Irontom and Awolnation play and let me tell you it was like the second coming of christ. I s2g I had another religious experience.
Irontom was better than I had remembered and I can def say I missed Harry’s dancing skills and Z’s sick guitar skills. I could keep prattling on about the guys in Irontom for like hours. It’s easier to just say: GO SEE THEM LIVE or hell even to go their website to check out their sound. A++
Awolnation whooooo….. Damn I get so many space vibes listening to them and seeing them live (in a larger venue than last time) I had gotten so much more. Their songs live are just 10000% better. They add another layer of feeling to them that is just amazing.
OKay so onto actually MEETING irontom…
I had met up with Harry after they had played and showed him the two drawings of Twocat ( 1 & 2 )(that he/they knew of way before). He was so excited to meet me holy shit. He was like “Yeah come back after Awol plays and you can meet the rest of the guys” I freaked FFF
Any way I went back to the merch area and had to wait a bit for the other guys to show up (Harry had to actually go get Dan and Z). What surprised me was that every single one of the guys new about Twocat. Like apparently to some people thats not a weird thing but tome it was just like “Holy shit” y’know?
Anyway they kept telling me how great it was. Dyl asked me what song was I listening to when I came up with the idea for Twocat (which was The Minista btw). I think it was Dan or Dyl who said theyd hang it up in their tour bus XD and Dan said they’d try to keep in contact with me for some album art (like holy shit right?! AHH)
So overall today (yesterday) was a p good day X)
