As for this page, some translations:
The big character on the flag just says "yu" -- it means "hot water" and is a common sight at Japanese public baths (onsen). The smaller character inside the circle on the flag is "onna" -- woman (most onsen are sex-segregated).
The characters in the bottom right of the comic say "owari" -- which means, basically, "the end."
