i went with my buddy and the dog squad out to thurmont today. we took around an hour to do a half mile loop, taking our time and exploring plenty; lucy had a blast and rolled in stuff, jumped on stuff, and splashed in the creek. i'm still pretty withdrawn and depressed but it's getting better! this was exactly what i needed honestly.
