Okay. What do you do, when you have a cartoon character you've started to like and you'd like to draw fan art of them?
...well, of course, you draw the freakiest semi-realistic version of them. The character is from one silly cartoon show that I've got keen to. First I hated it, but after a while I started to actually watch it myself. And I actually feel quite embarrassed about it because it's mostly targeted to children and it's pretty far from shows such as MLP: Friendship is Magic or Wander Over Yonder and others similar to them. But it got me excited about cockroaches and now I have something to say if there comes a conversation about roaches (never gonna happen though).
Welp. The original drawing was drawn traditionally, coloured with Photoshop.
BTW!!! If someone recognizes the character... I'm so sorry that you had to see this kind of a creepy illustration of them AND whooooh you deserve a cookie or two!

Haha, well, it's one silly French cartoon called Oggy and The Cockroaches, and it's about an anthropomorphic cat called Oggy and the three cockroaches stealing his food and driving him crazy with their shenanigans all the time. It of course has a lot of other things in it too, but that's the main point of the show. The humor in it is mostly pretty simple but I find it somehow funny and it is kinda relaxing to watch it. The animation style is a bit crazy and I love it - I could never be able to draw in such wild style, so I have a lot of respect and admiration for the animators of the show. <3
But yeah, if you google it, you will see that the original version of this character here is preeetty different from mine. :D
