is there any way to cure a vampire?

It depends on what lore you follow.

well I follow the Doctor Who law, which had Time Lords killing giant vampires with rockets tipped with metal spikes :o

whats wrong with giant vampires that devour whole planets being killed by rockets? :o

Well following the most common vampire concepts (and by all means not my intention to say anything bad about doctor who ) :

-Vampires digestive system is useless, that's why they feed on blood from the living. Not planets.
-They need to be discrete, and the concept of being giant destroys that
- Makes one single "giant vampire" need to feed on huge amounts of human blood.
- Makes it almost imposible to hide from the sun if it's giant.

But maybe i'm just old schooled.

well the Doctor Who ones eat blood too; they just end up devouring the whole planet also :p

its also supposed to be the basis of all vampire legends, since these giant ones had servants which were more like the traditional ones.

Its just a different take, one that doesn't have sparkly ones dating dead-eyed teenage girls :V

I can accept its a different take, but is definetelly NOT the basis of all vampire legends, that is simply not true, its way outside it actually.
Which is not a bad thing either. Everyone has its own respectable version.
