An new Oc I finally finished X3 funny thing I made him after I saw an awesome looking jelly monster in an episode of Ben 10. The monster looked cool but it would be better if it was more dino so I immediately started a few wips and there he is X3.

And also wanted to try an new thing and added a bit of SCP touch on the ref. PSC stands for Predator. Secure. containment (oh and sorry for any misspells) an secret foundation were people try to contain predator monsters from eating what they shouldn't.
