This month I was illustrating a story for a licensed cartoon comic magazine. The script called for a bunch of monsters. I made up a lot of them, but then I was taken to task for using unauthorized (my word) monsters. I ended up redrawing all the monster panels, replacing them with the (three) official monsters. What a drag.
