This is a major spoiler for the game Undertale, so if you haven't seen it I apologize.
I haven't been active lately it's embarrassing lol. But just had to draw this because Undertale is so- awesome.
Someday I'll play it instead of just watching the youtubes...

Actually I think that Chara is the first one, then we have 5 that we know nothing about, aside from using them a glove, ballet shoes, notebook, frying pan and gun respectively.
Well, maybe Chara learned about all the power that could be gained from monster gaining a human soul and the like, and started to form the plan mentioned in the VHS tapes down in the OTHER lab. This is kind of backed up by how Asriel says that Chara was in control when "they" carried Chara's dead body back to the human village, it was Asriel that stopped Chara from using "their" power to kill all the humans there and walked "them" back to the underworld

Ah, I got the true ending today. (spoilers ahead)
At first I'd just say Asriel is a psychotic asshole and didn't deserve to be forgiven, but then I laid
down and started interpreting the whole situation for over an hour considering what he mentioned about
"not having a soul as a flower". I'm still confused (was Flowey a being or just a vessel?) and seriously don't
know what exactly got him that batshit crazy, but I gotta say, this picture is perfect to
describe how the real Asriel was trapped in his own madness.
Great work, dude :)

I know this is a rather old post, but allow me to explain a bit.
First off, flowey has existed through multiple timelines in the game (essentially living decades) without ever having feelings toward anyone or anything. According to a combination of cannon info as well as fan made interpretations, he initially tried to help his friends with whatever problems they had in their lives but eventually descended into madness due to the fact that he had no emotional attachment to the monsters he was helping. He eventually starts working to sabotage their lives at one point and subsequently adopts the world view of "kill or be killed." In short, he has lived so many lives without emotion that he has utterly lost the ability to care for another living being. That is what drove him to insanity...
As far as him being a vessel... He is correct, in so far as he is simply the consciousness of Asriel locked into the body of a flower after he died from being beaten to death by humans. His soul was lost but his consciousness was transferred to a flower after he died because he dissolved into ash in the flower garden in Asgore's throne room.
Hope that helps and doesn't spoil anything for you

Well, believe it or not, I've been studying the game's lore since the day I posted this, and I guess I haven't spent a single day without at least thinking of it... so I believe there's nothing left to spoil, haha.
As a consequence I ended up learning what you just explained, but you just made it more clear for me. Thank you!
