Another concept drawing from Earth-54.
As stated in the previous drawing from this Alternate Earth concept, there's a special task force created, (called SPAFT, or Special Powered Attack Force & Tactics) using various Monster DNA, to deal with specific threats. Well Kong here (or General "Douglas" Kong as he's known) was the first successful result of such experiments, so he's the one in the group with the most experience, as well as having been the one to train the new recruits.
He's probably one of the more dangerous members of SPAFT, despite having lost an eye during a mission, since he can't rely upon having a healing factor like some of his friends and fellow soldiers have, so he's had to make up for it by becoming quite the ruthless badass when it comes to fighting.
He also serves as a sorta Nick Fury type of character, due to his seniority.
