Ferter and Serpo's Halloween outfit. Not really surprising since it was Ferter's year to choose. What makes it worse is that Ferter has "plans" for it. Apparently its his idea of a super hero outfit. He's the super powerful Stink Bomb while Serpo is his sidekick The Fuse.
