Notes on Hakumei design

It should be noted that Hakumei’s white feathers should be as big as in the image named kevin.jpg.
Hoot is a good example of what I would love to base the orientation for her beak and eyes on as well as her ears.
Her ears are meant to look like an outstretched bird’s wing. All visible scales/skin is white with black speckles.
The speckles can be as big as in the hakumei_melissar image. The tail feathers should look like an angel dragon’s (I had them before they were cool.)
Her wings should be chibi-ish and cute.
