It was bittersweet, that last day the beach was open for the year. People weren't swimming as much as they were socializing. Many came up to Jonesy's guard tower and talked with her about various subjects. More often than not, the conversations would drift towards how she was getting along as a newly-non-human leviathan gal, as well as her budding relationship with Garth.

Graciously, everyone avoided talking about the obvious subject of her growth that occurred during the summer, mainly in her pectoral area. Her bosom had ballooned many times bigger over the summer, and her thighs and buttocks had grown as well, but not quite as large as her chest. Overall, she had attained a rather large hourglass figure, but not a single soul was complaining; she had been unhealthily small as a human, despite her efforts to put on weight via muscle or healthy-fats.

With this weight, she seemed a lot more lively than ever before, and everyone was all the happier for it.
