Just kidding, I do a lot more breeding and leveling than I do battling.

I went home last weekend to celebrate my birthday with my family. I ended up not commissioning any art for my birthday like I wanted to, so I just drew myself something instead. I restarted my Omega Ruby game the other day, and I've been very pensive about how I started drawing in the first place. One of my major influences early on was Ken Sugimori, so I figured it was high time I drew myself as a pokemon trainer.

The leafeon to my right is Umi, who has pretty much taken the place of my starter this playthrough (a treecko) so I felt it appropriate to draw her in.
