K after looking it over in a few sizes I find that the shaded parts look off like lights are being shined on her from at least 2 different directions.

Ah! Yes, I see what you mean. There are some places I feel like shadows would fall regardless (under her bird hat and boobs), so even light that shines form a direction where those shadows wouldn't be, they still would be there, if you get what I mean. Now I could be 100% incorrect on the matter because my shading is pretty bad, but I'm operating on logic that seems sound to me.
