Confession time: I don't have the faintest idea what either velvet sex or razor death smell like. I was more thinking about that odd combination of snow and fireworks you get with New Year's. Sulfur and ice. Appropriate.
Here is where my artistic limits become painfully obvious: Set's supposed to be so hot it gets scary. Ah well. 'Informed ability', I guess.
He looks like a hybrid - the offspring of a regular ol' human and a furry one. There aren't that many of those around yet, in this world. Although the guy from the last panel of this strip - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5174375/ - is one.
And of course very much based on Fred Perry (PBUH)'s Brittany Diggers. In fact with those blue peepers he kind of looks like what her and Stryyp's kid might have looked like. That's one monkey I'll never get off my back, I guess...

I love the zipper on his tail-pant leg. This cracks me up for a lot of unintended reasons. Just imagining the striptease...it's magical.
But on a serious note. I've been following this comic for what feels like a while now (was one of my first introductions to the whole amputee side of furries) and this arc is very powerful. I really like how you handled Ristin's dysmorphia, how he handles it in a relationship, how he mishandles it in a relationship. This is all both very well written and comes with some beautiful and sometimes heartbreaking visuals. Not often I've found either of those things in furry comics.

That's the funny things about stories, sometimes characters seem to take over and tell it themselves...and sometimes they can get a bit long-winded.
Also am I the only one who sees the resemblance between Set and Dennis? Or is that just a species thing? Or maybe I'm seeing things and a huge doof.
