Someday, I'll be wearing something like this as an avatar in a total-immersion descendant of Second Life. Just you wait.
Of course, real-time rendering tech will have to catch up a bit first. How many polys is this guy? And then there's the fur rendering on top of that; I seriously doubt that's computationally cheap.
