It's the Triple Moon symbol, representing the Maiden, the Mother, and the Crone (the different phases of a woman's life and the phases of the moon). It's the symbol for the Triple Goddess, I'm fairly sure it's a neopagan and/or wiccan deity? I'm not affiliated with the religion though, it was a gift and I thought it was neat :3
