I was on a long car ride with Jon and I spend that time doing some lore work and development for Peents and basically what I got is that when they're babies they're just little puffs with a headfeather and tail feather. When they get older they pokevolve into peents, and then later into harpeents. So this is a mama harpeent with all her little puffs that I drew for the EVENTUAL info sheet, enjoy UvU
