Since I've been on a spoof kick lately, I tried tackling Pieter Bruegel's "Peasant Wedding", using both mine and my husband's comic characters (some you've met, some you will meet!)

The funny thing about the original painting is that one of the figures carrying the bread in the front of the piece appears to have been given an extra foot. Which is why I decided that that particular role should be reserved for my polydactyl cat, Ripley. :) (who is actually my cat IRL, and who does have a set of extra paws splitting out from his normal ones in front! I'll have to post a photo or somethin.)
