The butt is reminiscant of modern snipers but the rest seems from the Kar98 and/or Garand.

Nice to see the term 'clip' for the ammo holder which many people confused about the terms clip and magazine.

Only thing about this is the 30-30mm at the front of the rifle's name? Is that the gun's caliber? If so, that would be a massive bullet. If it's supposed to be .30-30mm, it would be switching from inches to mm halfway through. If it's a .30 cal bullet that would be equivalent to a 7.62mm. Particularly if it's meant to be based on something of Germanic origin, like the Kar 98 you mentioned, would lend itself to having the caliber be indicated in mm.

Also, I agree with Chrisdragon, it's nice to see the term Clip applied properly.
