That's not true. One example is the American Dipper.

Of course, "swim" is a broad term, since birds like ducks and geese easily qualify, I imagine you're talking about diving and moving underwater. Then again, we could get into many other kinds of birds there too, such as the boobies (blue-footed, etc.) or the Cape Gannet.

If you wanna swim fast, might I recommend transforming into a Gentoo Penguin next time? They go 22 MPH underwater. Fastest swimmin' penguin there is.
