I've been writing brief outlines for my own Pound Puppies Episodes that focus on the old cast, mainly Whopper. Inside Pound Puppy HQ, Whopper simply wears his diaper and collar. When outside, he dons the clothes he wore in the movie. This doesn't mean he'll never be seen in his diaper outside. He can still use his safety pin to pick locks and there may be instances where he loses his clothes.

That's a really neat outfit. The hat is a particularly nice touch. :)
In the show did Whopper actually use the safety pin on his diaper to pick locks and do other activities? If so that is so awesome! I'd imagine some clothing loss may occur if he doesn't get that pin back on fast enough, though.

Sadly, Whopper never used his safety pin to the same extent as Fantastic Max. His pin was never even seen until the end of "Tail of the Pup", where it came undone and his diaper fell off. His diaper is normally blank most of the time.
Though it feels like work, I do feel satisfaction writing my own Pound Puppy Episodes.
