I originally had her stretch her own panties, but I thought It would be too mature, so thanks to the collar she wears, I decided to go with that instead x3 I had intended to draw her again since the first one I drew had some few errors, but anyway Enjoy! :D

Some of you might not know that, but she was voiced by Kaley Cuoco, an actress who was in Big Bang Theory as Penny! :o
