The crossing of two worlds
As Bothan helped her young niece in the making of her rebel base - a simple treehouse to be honest - the artic vixen couldn't helped but to have mixed feelings.
Of course, the joy of Lisitsa was a shining jewel in that uncertain world, the young clone was quite involved in her project, and while she was unsure - almost clumsy - with her hammer, she was quite determinated to make the perfect base for her. For the young silver vixen, there was nothing more important than her treehouse at that instant. And the fact that both her mother and her aunt helped her was very precious to her, she knew that it wasn't just a treehouse, but a moment together, a rare and valuable moment considering Daji's duties.
On the other hand, the said duties weren't far away, and the grand-admiral Stair Pris brought some bad news that couldn't wait the completion of the treehouse. The arctic vixen could feel the anxiety of her twin Daji. Bothan pointed an ear toward the two officers. Risea was missing in action. An eye contact between the twins told Bothan that the empress had no choice but to leave them. The same eye contact suggested her to apologize to Lisitsa for the desertion. A simple smirk was the obvious answer. Of course she would do that.
As she came closer to the little pirate, the empress posed one hand on her shoulder.
- Ma p'tite Biscotte, I'm deeply sorry but I have to leave. I have an important mission to accomplish.
Lisitsa turned back, and tried to suppress her disappointment immediately. She smiled after a few seconds :
- Be safe on your mission Maman, I'll bake something for your return.
- Lisitsa, don't change. Never. I love you.
- I love you too, Maman.
They hugged each other for a long minute, it almost torn the heart of Bothan. It was quite obvious that Daji didn't want to leave, but her devotion to her role and duties was as important as the love she gave to her daughter :
- Bothan, je te confie ma puce.
- Ne t'inquiètes pas, now go and bring that doe back. We will bake something for you as Lisitsa said.
- Do you really want to poison me, dear sister?
- What do you mean?
- You know what I mean Bothan. She smirked before to leave.
Daji waved her hands at the two vixens, while Stair apologized again and again for ruining that moment. The two of them disappeared in a flash, being warped to the flagship orbiting not that far.
- Mom is so badass.
- Lisie, you shouldn't say that word you know?
The little pirate smiled while wiping a tear and rised a hand. Bothan gave her a brofist :
- Yes, my sister is the very definition of badass, but now we have to build an even more badass base, alright?
Lisitsa smiled widely

That's something I kinda regret, the ability to create treehouses. Not that I can't build one, but just that - as an adult - I don't have the legit reason to do one anymore.

Very good art! I'm become more happier as usual if Daji appear any of your submission.( from your original characters her is my favourite, yes the other characters is also interesting but for me Daij is the most ) You space ship design maybe one of best I ever see.(beautiful and ethereal curves but show so much power)
Seeing the leaves I can imagine the amount the work necessary to finish them, but the result is become very neat.
I"ll always threat you and the artwork are created with full respect and reward highest honour. The stories you created always interesting and good as well your paintings.

It has been a VERY long time since I commented on any of your work (though please do know I still adore it and follow it). If I might make a suggestion, look at the early (and later) designs for the starship Sol Bianca, and also, have a long look at the Jurai ships from Tenchi Muyo. They may lend you some additional inspiration.
