You know, I’ve drawn quite a bit of Fia, but I’ve got some other characters from her story/universe that I haven’t shown a lot of love. I should change that.

Meet Smoke! She’s one of Fia’s fellow adventurers and often gets teamed up with her on guild assignments. She’s serene of disposition and very patient, and is often more interested in waiting out a problem rather than attacking it directly. While I’ve got a fairly decent handle on her, her design and character are still a bit in flux, so I’ll try to put together a good bio or something for her soon.

Also, I’m trying something new as far as the art is concerned! Specifically, a completely binary picture: only two colors, with no shading or gradients at all. I got the idea after a friend turned one of my gift drawings for her into a game sprite (with amazing results!) I’d love to know what people think of it! I’m thinking of doing more of my sketches this way.
