SO THIS IS ANGEL or really what I'm calling her right now, super original I know--
Cute lil Dutch Angel Dragon!! I love the concept of "halo horns" in mythology, where angels have the whole halo horns and those that fell from heaven have broken "halos", where the center piece is shattered and appears like two traditional devil horns.
I really wanted to make a Dutchie with that look * q*
