Hello all and thank you soooooooo much for 1,800 Watchers on dA!! I'm so lucky to have so many people around me supporting my art and my dreams!
I can't believe how many people watch me every day, it really brightens up my day and keeps me going on the days when I doubt myself and my skills to do all of this...
Sadly I don't have much to give atm and I'm in the need of a lot of money due some sudden bills so I can not host point raffles as usual but since I just launched this species officially I thought I'd make a DTA since it's been requested! Since I had no Merinori boyboys yet I made this special shark boy for you guys to draw and perhaps adopt ^^d

What is a DTA?
DTA means draw to adopt and all you have to do is draw this design with the color set I have selected for you to use! ^^ I will then pick my favorite design and the winner gets to keep the adopt!

What to do and how to join?
-Draw this design with your style using the color palette I have picked for you. You DON'T have to use all of the colors and you can change the color tint a bit but the color set has to stay the same, meaning you can not ADD a color that is not on the set already example, green or red. The colors I used for this palette are purple, orange, yellow, white, blue and dark blue. It is up to you if you wanna use different purple or white etc. than showed on the palette.
-I'd like to point out tho that the tail should be a color what real shark could have as a tail color, meaning do not use other colors than greyish blue on the tail.
-Skin color will be up to you, it haven't been added to the color palette!
-You can alter the design, ex. remove the headpiece or add something to the design ex. making hair longer or draw different accessories.
-Once you have drawn the character, UPLOAD it to your FA or dA (also don't ask me to approve your design before submitting) and title your drawing as ''DTA Merinori Entry'', add a credit for me as species creator in the description and link your creation on the comments below.
-You can use bases but I will not provide a base this time.
-Digital or Traditional art are accepted.
-Only one entry per person!
-You can draw full body or a chibi.
-Draw only this Aquatic Shark form even if this species has both aquatic and humanoid form. If you win this contest you can draw him also as humanoid!
-The winner of the character can keep it, trade it or gift it but can not sell it.
-After the event you can keep the design in your gallery but you can not use the character! And do not change the title or description after the event!
-Every entry will gain 500 Gaia Points for the Merinori Gaia shop after the event is over!
