Clara loves basketball, through and through. She loves the sport and a fan of some of the teams on the FBA. Allas her dreams to ever join would be shattered. Do to her body, she would be easily disqualified for having a unfair advantage over other players. Have no limbs to speak of makes it hard or impossible for other players to block her. including she can extend her reach as well. Still she tries to play fair as possible with friends and others when she gets a chance to play. Though she's honest, sore losers will still call her out for cheating.

I'm envisioning a fingerless glove attached to a prosthetic arm. I don't need to describe the exact design, but when assembled, it could surely limit her movement to right around what is normal. Or just above, if that would match the average FBA player.
Then again, it's a shame that Clara would have to limit herself to compete fairly. Maybe she could take up an activity that doesn't involve direct competition and allows her to exercise her ability to its fullest. I'm thinking rock climbing would make for a good picture.
