straycat_74 won my second YCH and wanted himself featured.

Sorry this was supposed to be up 2 days ago, but fighting off a nasty broncial issue thanks to exposure to too much second hand smoke at a party at Fangcon. So physicallly wiped out as all hell.

So which is better? the stick type clip shown here or the Drum clip?

depends. the drum mag holds 10, 50, or 100 rounds, is hard to put in (and requires a special tool to install), and only fits certain types of thompsons.
Stick mags are quick, easy, hold 30 rounds, you can carry a LOT of them. also stick mags fit MOST thompsons.

Plus the drums rattle when you move, so not good for sneaking into position
