Sorry I haven't been so active of late... been a bit under the weather here an there an busy on top'a it all...
But I have taken a few pics'a some'a the things I'd partaken of with intentions ta eventually share'em with y'all... such as this gut-bustin' monster hoagie I had awhile back... A thin-cut steak hoagie...
ingredients:
2 packs of thin-cut steak, think there was like 3 slices per pack)
2 slices of pepperjack cheese
2 slices of american cheese
3 slices of tomato
1 slice of white onion
spring mix salad lettuce
2 slices of dill pickle (sandwich stackers)
mayonaise
directions:
Fer this sandwich I fried up the steak in a medium skillet until browned (5 mins max)
then added the pepperjack cheese an stirred it in till it'd melted in thoroughly with the steak, place on bun then topped with the american cheese, tomato, onion, pickle an lettuce.
An there ya have it... a big monster hoagie that'll surely satisfy any big appetite ... if ya give this a try I hope ya like it as much as I did an feel free ta make whatever alterations ya prefer :)
