Originally intended as part of a trio of paintings, though I'm not quite sure when/if I'll ever get to painting the other two. This was meant to depict the concept of the 'least favoured' child, with a the second depicting the 'most favoured', and the third depicting the so-called parent/god figure of the two.

I see many things I could have done better in this, but it was sitting for some time as it was, so I just wanted to get it done. Over-all, however, I'm fairly satisfied with how it turned out.
