Fanart Friday piece from my Patreon. :D This month (well technically last month) someone requested season 1 digimon fanart! :3 Digimon was probably my favorite show as a kid and was (and still is!) a huge influence in my art. I left out the humans in this one and only drew the digimon, cuz drawing the whole squad would probably kill me xD
I tried to use only photoshop for this cuz i wanted to practice some brushwork, but it was just taking too long so back to Sai I went haha. Also because I wanted to get this done in time so like the last one, it was a bit rushed eheh. (prolly the last time i take on drawing 8 characters in a Fanart Friday piece |D)

Yeah even though i love both, if I had to choose, I'd probably go with digimon. :'D The designs and concepts were just so much cooler, not to mention the monster characters were much more interesting and actually had personalities.
Game wise however, id definitely go with pokemon xD

Digimon Digital Monsters
Man I remember this good old Saturday morning Fox Kids animé when I was a kid. As well as NASCAR RACERS and the 1998 animated mini series Godzilla and the Kids WB's MIB the animated series... Those were some of the best shows on TV back then before a lot of this toxic garbage of shows like uncle grandpa, We bare bears, regular show, icarly, zoe 101(now this one wasn't all that bad it just that I have a bit of a problem with the show's lead main character getting herself pregnant before she's even 18 years old.), spongebob squarepants(season one should of been the only one and that should of been the end of it.) started taking over the TV.

Oh yes I remember all that too :D Haha yeah I cant really get into new cartoons myself xD I know some arent that bad, but they're just not what I used to grow up with and so its hard for me to get into them. x_x
