Unlike her sister L'Miren who is quite compassionate, cautious and curious about sentient life, T'Ket hates everyone equally, including her own kind who she considered weak and forced to undergo a severe transformation from benevolent and friendly, if a bit arrogant, flesh and bones creatures to evil energy beings.

For her, if you're not Iconian, you're a lesser species who deserves to be enslaved (maybe) or destroyed (most certainly), if you're Iconian, you've grown weak and far too trustful towards lesser species, you're only here to die so she can avenge you thousandfold.

Not even a tribble can calm her down. In fact, it tends to infuriate her even more, as shown here.

Also, the Clone of Kahless cut her arm and parts of her armor, so Klingons are on her "(s)hit list".

While the Iconians were first mentioned in Star Trek TNG, DS9 and Voyager, they are currently only represented in Star Trek Online, as the ultimate villains, responsible for many many terrible things that have happened in this MMO and in Star Trek in general, including episodes of TNG (two episodes, even) and ENT. They also troll Borg, manipulated Species 8472 and nearly destroyed the Krenim to show who's the boss.

And yes, that's not a joke, according to STO, they're also responsible for the creation of the JJ Star Trekverse, more precisely responsible for the supernova that destroyed Romulus and indirectly caused Spock and Nero to be sent into another timeline.
