I went and took an hour and a half to cut out myself from my "May Death Fear Me" on Paint.net. Fortunately I found an awesome song to help me concentrate and keep me focused while I did some precise cutting and erasing. No, that's actually just what you assumed. What I was thinking is that there's 33-34 targets in front of me (that shells don't go through, otherwise 60-120 targets), and I won't have enough time to switch to the M417 on my back. So the Bayonet's a quicker option.
