Eyy that's not a nazi war marsh! That's just the first part of the german anthem which might not be sung anymore but is not actually illegal as some people think :P
Interestingly enough "Deutschland Deutschland über alles" Doesn't mean to say that germany is superior to everything in the world but is in fact a call to all the small nations to put aside their petty differences and form a big german nation instead :D
