To do this so he digested and reforms the preys.
If the preys eating and sleeping in their normal lives, they get back nutrients, minerals and energy.
After that he can eat the preys again!

She turned him to her husband.
He had no choice!
She gave him a couple of very intensive magic hypnotic and telepathic treatments.
