I'm very, very thrilled to show the first of what I hope to be many plushies to come! Ever since I was little, I took a keen interest in sewing. I remember being at my great grandmother's home and cutting shapes out of fabric before sewing them together, wanting to make stuffed animals. Around twenty years later, that ambition still hasn't died out. I finally decided to get serious about plush making earlier this year and I've absolutely loved every step of the way from creating a concept to designing the pattern to seeing out the plush until completion with all the trial and error in between XD

This lil guy's a newer OC of mine that I've been developing over the past year. He's made of minky with faux fur for the hair and fluffy chest and fleece for the nose with machine embroidered eyes. He's filled with polyfill fiber with poly pellets at the feet and tail for some extra weight. When it comes to measurements, this he's a little over twelve inches tall from ear tip to toes and around fifteen inches long from nose to tail tip. He's able to be posed in a standing or sitting position and is very, very cuddly!

I immensely enjoyed making him and, although the pattern still needs some tweaks, I'm really, really happy with the outcome of my first plush. I'm currently working on two more plush pattern projects at the moment and can't wait to finish them!
