I'd say jedi, based on what appears to be imperial architechture in the background, and her combat pose, plus her features are too gentle to be considered sith...sith have a more aggressive expression set and usually come with discolored eyes (unless its a more righteous/honorable sith, like how I roll in SW:ToR)
Additionally, the outfit is a leatheris wrapped garment, lacking any intimidating qualities to it (sith usually roll with dark colors/intimidating styles to their gear) Last but not least, the lightsaber. That's really the only aspect (in my mind) that could go either way...

Likewise, i think the only thing i can add is that Jedi Sentinels often use the color Yellow .

you know, I never really trusted the saber color thing....

I get where you're coming from, but the saber core is black instead of white, and that throws things off

It's like the black lightsaber in Force Unleashed, black core and white aura.

And i agree on trusting colors, Leia did get a ruby red lightsaber from Luke in the first book in The Corellian Trilogy, Ambush at Corellia.
