Weh too bad I cannot understand Japanese, or else I would be getting into it faster. Although looking into the comments and while I played for a bit, it makes me think if their is a way to get it playing in English if ever possible by something simple like a cheat or opening the ROM to replace it.
I might have an idea to chance some of the game's text too to fit the theme of the sprites if I can figure it out...

Do you know what I could use?
Because when I looked around for maybe a tool that does multiple of things in one, like comparing to Doom 1/2 with Slade 3 and just a map making software (which I am not looking for yet in this situation) like for Doom as well with Doom Builder or Ultimate Doom Builder, it instead for Pokemon seems to be a big mess of programs that does one thing and the next and the next. And... It confuzzles me...

I would be fine with both wanting the file and the rundown, I mean I think I may want to carry the concept to something if I can in the old engine, if not... Well maybe RPG Maker since I have the entire Steam line up. Then that would require a lot of progress to get through before I want to get where I would want to, if I want and have to.
Sadly, I tried to see if Gen 3 Pokemon would show up with fattened sprites by placing the ROM hack file on a flash cart and linking it to a legitimate copy of FireRed that I had completed to the point where I could use the RSE Time Machine to trade back and forth Pokemon from my copy of Sapphire.
Tested it out with a Zigzagoon I had already on my real copy of FireRed. No such luck. Doesn't seem that the ROM hack went that far as to include Gen 3 Pokemon in the list of modified sprites.
As of now, I've earned the first 2 of the 8 badges and I have some understanding of the Japanese language (and plenty of times going through Gen 1 in English on original hardware) to get me through this game. I could probably just trade over a Lv. 70 Mewtwo that's sitting around in my Original FireRed party to see what changed about that sprite, as well as any other late/post-game Pokemon that I've already obtained but am too lazy to level up/evolve by normal means in this version of the game.
