So what better way of celebrating it than a few beers and a brand new 1911? Picked this beauty up today and put a few rounds through it at the range. Rock solid handgun with a lot of very nice features.

LMAO, I love how they have to warn you right on the gun that it can fire with the magazine out of it...
I think the majority of guns I've fired can do that.
What next?
"Warning -- Squeezing trigger may cause the weapon to fire!"
But other than that, the scale patterns on the slide look hella-badass... Not biased at all. :x
No matter what pistols I try out, I always think the M1911 just feels the most "right" when shooting it. It fits so nicely in your hands and the grips are always so... so.. GRIPPY...
I dunno. I sorta want to get a custom one like that soon. They are just so sexy. :|
