One was going through the galleries of people I watch when I came across a piece done by
dingbat of Cassie the Rock Vixen http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1667666/ I foudn this amusing since I've done a couple of commissions of the character to. Here is the first one I did.
It was a bit of a challenge since at the time I was not able to locate a photo of a Z06 convertible so I had to make an educated guess of what General Motors would have done. Second the client wanted a very specific shade of red for the car and wanted a very specific guitar for the piece. Finally I had no photos of the car from this angle so I to find a Corvette of different year. Look at it decide what was different and then incorporate the changes into the vehicle.
It is done in my usually color pencil, micron pen, marker, gouache on cold press bristol board. The Image size was roughly 11"x 16".

Yeah it does seem to a rite of passage, but I thought
dingbat did a very nice job on her piece so I found it amusing. So I assume you've done one to?

Yep, it is sad state of things when I have to do that, but at the moment I have a couple of ongoing battles with websites that keep loading my images up without my permission. I keep asking them to take them down but they don't and since they don't even credit me as the artist I figure I'm going to try and make certain that my name is where they cannot just crop and clip it. That's life I guess.
Ah, that's it. I usually avoid the hassle of such sites by not looking for them. Also, most of them are very temporary. The art gets buried by fresh spooge.
It also helps that a lot of my stuff ins't explicit, or even sexual.
I *can* paint out watermarks, mind you. It just takes time. I don't because I figure the artist wants it there.
Wonder why the "fans" crop an artists name off the art? (I have occasionally shrunk it a bit, so the art doesn't look like an at for Pop-Tarts, but that's all.)

In fact, I have a job to do rather like this, but with a Nisson "Fairlady" instead of a 'Vette, and skunk instead of a fox. The sketch I did is even very nearly the same angle on the car, and the photo I worked from was also red. Maybe that's one reason your "Vette caught my eye.
