What a sweet character design! Once again! Very cute, too. It looks very friendly with those eyes, and classy af with those curly whiskers! (I know they're probably called something else, but I don't remember ^^;)
I can't quite make out if it is fur or what it is on its back, though... But it looks great non the less! xD
