Honestly I find these expected instinctive understanding of interpretation of language used in context and within a current scenario several times a day, and that is just with my parents, but it also serves as training to expand ones library of intended meaning as well as upgrading our recognition capabilities, the process however is far from perfect.
Also fellow autist here, Asperger's syndrome not too bad to the point it impairs my functions from day to day
