Meet Windy.

She's been an elusive character of mine, and finally last night, she came up to the front of my mind, and said "Draw me." :3 so I took that opportunity to get a reference down.

Here's a few facts about Windy:

* 99.9% of the time she is happy, bubbly, and generally up beat. (I wish I had her enthusiasm. :x)
* She is a pilot of a crop duster.
* She grew up in a small town.
* I based her markings on the Platinum Cross Fox coloration, and despite the look on the sheet, she is actually much more blended in around the edges. :x
* She has a secret fear of buckets. Stems from getting one caught on her head at a young age.
* Is a close friend of Mitzi's, and begrudgingly, Connie's. :3 d'awwww.
