Elliot the killer lemur!

OGRE
I clicked around and was intrigued to find that down to the details, almost everyone has exactly the same mental picture of what an ogre should look like. I wonder where this ur-ogre originated from, that it has so saturated the collective unconscious?
CHILD
Baby lemurs really are appallingly hideous, scrawny little goblins, but somehow still manage to be cute.
85 YEARS OLD
I don’t think lemurs live that long. Doubtful that Ell would.
OTHER SEX
Explained here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1806783/
But the short version is, Elliot normally has the orange & black female colors of his species (Sclater’s Lemur), so a visibly feminine Ell would have the solid black male colors. Also, I didn’t feel like drawing lemur boobs on either version.
SUPERHERO
Originally this was much more elaborate, but I injured my hand before I could finish it, so it was scaled back. Finally, that dipshit photoshop halftone filter justifies its existence!
OBESE
I didn’t want to do this one, probably because of lingering PTSD from that regrettable Thanksgiving banner. Did try to make him look cute rather than gross. With the orange, he sort of resembles Garfield . . . in fact what he looks like to me is my aunt’s morbidly obese Pomeranian, Gucci - the fattest animal I have ever seen that was not specifically being fattened for slaughter. Honestly, it’s amazing he can walk without his legs snapping like stale breadsticks.
FANTASY CREATURE
What can I say, I like centaurs. I draw them pretty often, though, I probably should have chosen something more difficult, like a gryphon or more obscure critter. Ah well. He still turned out rather sexy, imho. As for the pose, I know, I know. It’s supposed to appear as though he’s “poofed” into centaur-form, and it staggering a bit, especially the hind limbs since it seems like it’d take a moment longer to get the hang of them . . . unfortunately it just looks like I don’t draw horses well (which is true, I don’t).
EMACIATED
You can see the big version here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1817971/
Yes, Le Demon is spreading distress, sadness and nausea. Sorry, folks. It’s supposed to be unsettling. I reckon any emotional reaction is preferable to none.
MUFFIN
Muffin? He’s French! Eclairs, bitches.
It’s fairly obvious which ones I finished AFTER the kitty chomped my drawing hand. *sigh*

Among those you hadn't posted yet, Ogre (why does Elliot make such an excellent ogre) and 85 years old (made my day) are my favorites!
Love his hair as a child.
Obese makes him look awfully comical.
He kind of looks like a duck on superhero, haha...
You've studied French a bit in the past, no? I doubt you just use an online translation device judging by how often and how well you write in French (though you do make some very common mistakes any English speaker tends to make... doesn't make your sentences less legible, but to a native like me it looks funky).

LOL Duck?!
Thanks, I'm trying to teach myself French. I figure I'm screwing up on things like word order, tenses, and genders - that sort of thing. Then again, whatever I know about English grammar I pretty much learned on my own from reading voraciously, not from being taught, so that's certainly a handicap. Your english is excellent, btw.

No kidding, I really see a beak in there.
In a completely differe register, you do great at French. Word order and tenses are perfect so far. Gender, nearly perfect, but you screwed up in an expression, not a straightforward setence, so it's easily forgiven. You're doing an excellent job at learning the language so far!
And, thanks.

I've seen a good dozen or so iterations of this meme (and I admit, its one of the better, more creative ones out there), but you top them all for getting so involved. You've packed those small panels with quite a lot to look at, I must say.
Personally, I prefer your version of an ogre to the ones you normally see. You just captured that essence of....ogre (that doesn't sound right).
Also, I really like the centaur form. That has to be my favorite panel, not just because I've always had a soft spot for centaurs, but he looks like such a dapper fellow in that one. Although I'm sure now that he's abruptly changed that cane is more for looks. lol
Well done. A meme one can be proud of, for sure.

I forgot to tell you how impressed I am. Awesome.
Also on the ogre thing, I noticed a lot did one closely like mine - club over same shoulder, same composition etc. That could be why - nearly no one picked the troll option either. My own idea of ogre is pretty wide I think, just that they're BIG and a little dumb.
I'm overwhelmed with all the effort you put into it.
