Hmmm, that looks like a great idea for breakfast tomorrow, from

Pancakes:
1 c Flour
2 Tbs Sugar
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 c Milk
2 Tbsp Oil
Eggs:
2 Eggs
1 Tbs Vinegar
Water
Pancakes:
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well (I just use a whisk)
- Pour 1/2 c of pancake mixture to a hot buttered stove top pan.
- Flip when bubbles form in middle of pancake
- Serve Hot
Eggs:
- Pour water in a stove top pot
- When water is lightly boiling add vinegar
- Swirl spoon around the outsides to make the water lightly spin
- Crack egg into a small bowl and gently pour egg into the center of the spinning water
- Wait until egg is cooked (about 3 min), then take the egg out and place on paper towel
- Do the same for other egg or if your feeling adventurous do both eggs at the same time.
- Serve on top of pancakes
I topped everything off with Maple syrup and Chia Seeds~
