Yes, I straight up stole the name of an old hentai manga story for the title of this picture. I regret nothing. So let's talk Miyuki. As mentioned in the previous picture of her, Miyuki's melons are enhanced, but not in the typical way one would think. See, Miyuki developed a form of bust enhancement medicine that has a number of unique variants to change the specific aspects of one's bustline in addition to increasing their size. Miyuki happened to decide that she wanted to use the variant that gives one huge, extremely firm breasts that emulate implants because she simply likes the feel of them. This isn't to say she couldn't change it later, she just prefers the Heavy Shell version of the Matsuyama-EX supplement.

Besides, for being pseudo-implants, her boobs sure look good. :P
