Basic:
Arthur is a quiet man, who tends to always be on the edge of losing his mind to his companion (girl who he takes care of) he is easily annoyed and sarcastic. He hates kids and doesn't understand why he has to do certain things. Dispite his murmuring of his friend he has to take care (SongBird oc by my sister) he cares for them and will eat anyone who thinks to hurt them.

He eats people

-The heart shaped hair piece that sticks out is actually not his heat! It's a bundle of stored energy that he slowly puts soul energy from others into. It beats to the same rhythm of his heart.

-The third eye is from when he by mistake summoned a demon and had a soul bound with (smart I know) this demon can't harm anyone as long as Arthur is aware of his presence and they work something out. This demon has no name technically but he goes by Hope just to mess with people, and only can really interact with others when Arthur is unconscious.
